For this week’s classmate conversation I had the pleasure of meeting the beautiful Madison Braverman. She is a second year at CSULB majoring in Human Development with a Minor in Psychology. Her life goal is to make the world a better place then when she entered it, so with this major she hopes to pursue a career in counseling or therapy of teenagers or couples, as she believe those are two prominent times of ones life. The most important part of college to her is getting involved, because she believes that is the way to make the most of her years in school. Madison currently plays for the schools Travel Club Volleyball Team and will be having Nationals in Kentucky later this month. Additionally, she is involved in the Greek community as she is a member of Delta Zeta, as well as participate in Beach Hillel and Human Development Student Association. If she had to describe herself in three words she would say passionate, outgoing and optimistic describe her best. Madison is always very busy which causes her to get little sleep. I usually function off of 2-4 hours a night. None understands how she wakes up happy with energy, but she said it is just a bad skill she has learned over time. Madison is obsessed with shoes, quotes, rings, sunflowers and giraffes. She really tries to find the best in everyday and every person. She really believes small acts of kindness can go a long way and try being the good she hopes to see in the world. Madison is very open minded but hates when people are rude or lack common sense. She is always down to have fun and party all night but knows the importance of doing well in school and being serious at times. She really wants to explore the world,  and is planning a Europe trip for this summer with her preschool guy best friends. Overall, Madison is a beautiful person on the inside and out and I’m very happy I had the opportunity to meet someone like that through Art 110.
